The tour begins at L'Àtic, Lamaro's rooftop, with a reading of the city from above: the streets of the Gothic Quarter that still carry the names of the medieval guilds that once worked there — Boters, Sabaters, Espasers, Argenters. From there, the tour descends into the neighbourhood to visit workshops and ateliers where craft is still practised: jewellery, basket weaving, custom espadrilles, leatherwork. It also includes stops featuring Catalan gourmet products: artisanal olive oils and herbal infusions.
Duration: approximately 2.5–3 hours. A single daily slot, at 11:00am, coinciding with the window in which L'Àtic is exclusively available to hotel guests.

Included at no charge for guests staying in a Premium Suite or Grand Master Suite (rooms with a Cathedral view).
Available on request for bookings in other room categories: €225 excluding VAT for groups of 1 to 4 people; €250 excluding VAT for groups of 5–6 people.

Conditions
Groups of up to 6 people. Cancellation 72 hours or more in advance: full refund. Between 24 and 72 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours, or no-show: no refund.
About Barcelona Design Tour
The tour is operated by Barcelona Design Tour, an agency led by Suzanne Wales and Brian Gallagher, longtime Barcelona residents with an insider's knowledge of the city. Suzanne is the author of Made in Spain: A Shopper's Guide to Artisans and Their Crafts by Region, and draws on that same curatorial approach to build her routes — the same logic behind Lamaro Curated Stays' Design & Craft feature.

The Grand Master Suite is the largest and most exclusive suite at Lamaro Hotel. With 72 m² of space, it is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests (2 adults and 2 children up to 17 years old), offering an elegant and functional setting ideal for family stays or trips requiring extra space.
It features a King Size bed, a bathroom with both shower and bathtub, and two private balconies with views of the Barcelona Cathedral, providing natural light and a direct connection to the historic surroundings.
